This is intentionally a one-person, boutique setup. You email me, you talk to me, I do the work. No account managers, no handoffs between strangers, no platform you have to sign up for to see your own project.
The work can be as small as a better website or as connected as a website plus inquiry handling, booking, payments, and an owner dashboard. It depends on what the business actually needs first.

The public website is for discovery, trust, and contact. Connected modules for booking, intake, payments, follow-up, or internal dashboards are optional follow-on scope when they are actually needed.
